Job Summary
The Domiciliary Care Worker is responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes. The role involves helping individuals maintain their independence dignity safety and wellbeing while supporting them with day-to-day tasks in line with their individual care plans.
We are offering minimum hour contracts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training may be provided.
- A caring nature and genuine interest in supporting people to live well at home.
- Ability to follow care plans policies and procedures accurately.
- Good written and spoken English to complete care records and communicate effectively.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the location and nature of the calls.
Additional Information :
This role may involve early mornings evenings weekends and bank holidays depending on client needs and agreed working arrangements. Flexibility is important to ensure continuity of care.
