Job Summary

What youll be doing
In this role you will lead the thinking on the evolution of all Boots Retail Formats ensuring that our layouts and formats resonate with our customers and enhance their shopping experience. You will drive innovative strategies that align with our business goals making a tangible impact on our operations and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing new capabilities and navigating the complexities of retail and you will be empowered to implement changes that elevate our brand.

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive space layout and format strategies that enhance customer engagement and drives sales.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement format development initiatives ensuring alignment with Boots brand values and customer expectations.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decisions ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team encouraging creative solutions to complex challenges.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

What youll need to have
Proven experience in retail and format strategy development with a strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment showcasing resilience and adaptability.
Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills enabling you to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
Familiarity with customer experience design principles ensuring that layouts enhance the overall shopping journey.
