Were looking for an experienced leader to drive data intelligence and digital innovation within our Adult Social Care & Health Directorate. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the delivery of integrated data systems improve data quality and deliver actionable insights to support better outcomes for residents.
What Youll Do
- Lead data governance ensuring high-quality compliant and reliable data across the organisation
- Act as business lead for key digital products and chair relevant boards
- Develop and deliver a clear digital product vision and roadmap
- Oversee the design of integrated data systems pipelines and BI solutions
- Support and deliver dashboards reporting and insights to inform senior decision-making
- Manage and develop technical teams fostering a culture of data-driven improvement
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership in data digital or analytics within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of data governance GDPR and data quality frameworks
- Experience delivering digital products and managing teams
- Expertise in data integration BI tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking skills
