We are recruiting for a growing healthcare e-commerce company looking for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting with enquiries relating to orders payments and general support. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all customer information is handled securely and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a high number of incoming customer calls daily
Providing professional empathetic and patient customer support
Processing card payments over the phone in line with GDPR and compliance procedures
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
What Were Looking For
Excellent communication and listening skills
A calm mature and empathetic approach
Strong patience and problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
Confidence using CRM systems and general computer software
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
