Customer Reference & Technical Support Officer

Key Purpose

• Coordinate projects manage documentation and data accurately support team and customer requests and help keep systems artwork and communications organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• To compile accurate customer technical documentation and develop artwork briefs ensuring they meet both internal and industry requirements and guidelines
• To co-ordinate multiple projects liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines and to accurately record and maintain key data where appropriate.
• Proof-read & approve created artwork.
• To ensure all web-based systems are maintained as required by internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the team with any other general admin duties
• To ensure that health safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to all at times via maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• To generate and maintain procedures and work instructions for the area.
• To always maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute as part of a successful team.
• To play an active part in continuous improvement within the department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educated to GCSE standard in English and Mathematics.
• IT skills good knowledge of Excel Power point Word Outlook Internet SAP and EH&S
• Good knowledge of data bases and data collation
