Job Summary

Inkerman Coy is a Phase 1 Delivery Coy within ATR(G) tasked with the delivery of the Foundation Phase of Army Reserve Basic Training. The CQMS Appt is responsible for:

Enable the delivery of Phase 1 Training through the management provision and assurance of all G4 activities for Inkerman Coy.
Manage work service requests ensuring timely completion minimal disruption compliance with standards and maintaining a detailed works register.
Manage Inkerman Coy accounts including MSA ET vehicles weapons IT and welfare stores ensuring serviceability and policy compliance.
Conduct checks audits and inspections (e.g. AinU ORP weapon serials) to ensure accountability and compliance with regulations.
Ensure adherence to health safety and security standards including armoury procedures and storage area access control.
Supervise the general management of the site ensure cleanliness and security and address issues in coordination with contractors where required.
Manage equipment and stores including demand receipt storage issue and backloading ensuring documentation and promptly addressing discrepancies.
Liaise with GSSU QM Dept contractors and delivery Pl providing updates resolving issues and facilitating meetings like TFM and Equipment Care.
