Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning & delivery of Basic training to recruits including response to Solder Academy directives and guidance.
- Act as stand in OC as required.
- Plan CMS 21(R) training within stipulated timelines as directed by the Unit 2IC liaising with Trg Wing.
- 1RO for nominated Coy staff producing accurate and timely SJARs as per MS deadlines.
- Manage courses for all Reserve Coy Staff and manage database reporting to Trg Offr as required.
- Provide CM to all Coy staff linking in with the WFWO and Adjt.
- Assist in conducting and recording of Coy staff induction and CPD.
- Any other tasks as directed by the OC
