The Role
Residential Conveyancer Full Caseload Management
You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish working within a collaborative team that prioritises client service and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold and leasehold transactions)
Overseeing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion
Providing clear client-focused advice throughout the process
Using modern case management systems and legal technology
Supporting team members and contributing to business development activity
About You
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following:
Licensed Conveyancer Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
Alternatively an experienced Paralegal with a proven track record of managing their own caseload
Strong knowledge of UK residential property law and conveyancing procedures
Ability to handle files independently from instruction to completion
Proficiency with IT systems and case management platforms
Proven commitment to delivering excellent client care
Commercial awareness and interest in business development
A motivated team-oriented and proactive approach
