Commercial Analyst

Were looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Group Finance team within Procurement based at our Glasgow HQoffice.

This is an entrylevel role designed for a highpotential graduate whos keen to build a career in commercial analysis procurement contracts or commercial governance.

Youll work closely with senior stakeholders including the Commercial Director and Procurement Manager supporting the daytoday commercial operations of the business while gaining exposure to how commercial decisions are made at senior level.

The role combines handson operational work with a strong development focus giving you the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful initiatives early in your career.

Your daytoday activities will include supporting contract and supplier management maintaining accurate commercial records analysing pricing and spend data and ensuring strong commercial governance across the business. A core part of the role is helping us modernise how we work identifying manual or errorprone processes and supporting the introduction of automation data improvements and AIenabled tools to increase efficiency and insight.

While the role will initially involve a solid administrative and operational foundation its intentionally structured to offer a steep learning curve wide exposure and clear progression into future commercial procurement or contract management roles.

• Youre a graduate (or soontobe graduate) with a strong interest in commercial analysis procurement contracts finance or governance
• Youre analytical detailfocused and comfortable working with data documents and structured information
• You enjoy improving processes and are curious about how technology automation or AI can make work more efficient and accurate
• You communicate clearly and professionally particularly in writing
• Youre organised proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced professional environment
• Youre ambitious keen to learn and motivated to progress into a commercially accountable role
• Any relevant internship placement or work experience in a commercial financial legal or operational setting is a bonus but not essential

Up to 28000 per annum DOE benefits
