About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Support Receptionist to join our team in Windsor someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the clinical team. Youll be central to the patient journey and ensuring every step of the process is smooth and well-organised.


Youll also occassionally support patients with pre-screening and assist with frame dispensing helping them feel confident comfortable and cared for.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering honest professional advice. Our ideal candidate builds trust with patients supports the team and ensures our service is seamless from start to finish. Youll have the time tools and encouragement to do your job to a high standard without feeling rushed or pressured. Collaboration is key here - youll be the central link that keeps the practice running efficiently while making every patient interaction smooth and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments making recalls taking phone calls and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Front-of-house and administrative duties
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Supporting the clinical and dispensing team with the day-to-day running of the business
  • Work closely with patients to understand their lifestyle and vision requirements ensuring they receive tailored optical solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a patient-facing setting and/or customer service role.
  • Previous experience with administration duties such as appointment scheduling managing recalls handling patient enquiries and maintaining accurate records would be highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • A keen eye for detail and an interest in fashion with the ability to offer personalised styling advice.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • An all-round team member willing to get involved in high-end dispensing administrative responsibilities and clinical support.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires you to work Saturdays
