We are recruiting for a Client Change Manager to join the Aviva Client Change team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis within the wider Aviva Investors Insurance & Investment Solutions function where they will support the delivery of change aligned to the strategic objectives and values of Aviva.
This role offers the chance to work flexibly across Aviva Investors in line with the change roadmap and business priorities collaborating closely with multiple Client Aviva Investors and third-party stakeholders to manage the end-to-end shaping and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Investment expertise means nothing if clients dont experience it. Our business development and client experience teams build trusted relationships across regions while our marketing investment and communications teams showcase what sets us apart powering our growth.
A bit about the role:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple strategic client-impacting projects or workstreams engaging business sponsors stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery. It requires maintaining transparency of project status proactively managing risks and assessing changes to scope timelines cost and benefits with clear escalation of issues and remediation options for decision-making. The role also ensures business readiness and benefit realisation post-implementation while supporting governance forums and producing accurate timely project documentation.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Solid knowledge of asset management and operational processes.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end change in complex environments managing ambiguity deadlines and competing priorities
- Experienced project manager with the ability to lead strategic client-impacting change across front middle and/or back office functions ideally with a project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 AgilePM PMI or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including influencing senior leaders and collaborating across regions and cultures.
- Proactive and delivery-focused with strong problem-solving skills risk management experience and proficiency in MS Office and project tools (project management qualification desirable).
In this role youll be Certified under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authoritys Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that well need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and well need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain fit and proper and competent to carry out your role. Well provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
