What Youll Do
As a Change Manager - Digital you will:
Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team including Digital Marketing Stores IT and external partners.
Drive change management initiatives that support our Digital Transformation programme Condor.
Engage stakeholders assess change impacts and deliver effective communication and training plans.
Play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and processes they need to succeed.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who:
Has experience in Change Management within a medium to large organisation.
Is knowledgeable about Change Management methodologies and tools.
Can influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Is an excellent communicator and collaborator thriving in a fast-paced environment.
