Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join the team in the UK.
Provide specialist advice to Senior Leaders in HR and the business on all aspects of case management support the case team with managing cases and expert advice. Supporting the management of Early Conciliation and Tribunal Claims including representing the company at tribunal hearings. Drive timescales improvement activities and procedure changes including requirements in relation to the rights bill changes.
You will use several tools to support you in the role such as Company Policies Workday and IT platforms. You will be required to manage end to end processes provide the business with key insights and action plans to address trends and areas for improvement. You will support a programme of work to upskill people leaders and provide support and guidance as required.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings under the Disciplinary Procedureand supporting People Leaders with Grievances raised by Employees
- Support people leaders with conflict issues and driving aspeedy resolution
- Help manage the end-to-end process for tribunal claims and requirements for early conciliation
- Train support and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management
- Produce Trends and Analysing data for all Business areaon various Employee Relation aspects
- Responsible for identifying lessons learnt on all processes and identifyingand implementing improvements
- Driving compliance and continuous improvement in all relevant policiesprocedures and practice
- Identify legal challenges and resolutions
- Identify policy and procedure changes based on legal updates
Position qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience
- Extensive Experience in managing tribunal claims discipline grievance and conflict issues through the process
- Case Management experience
Preferred requirements:
- Articulate numerate with the ability to manipulate and present data asrequired
- Comfortable around key tools including Excel PowerPoint Word
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and the relevant IT systems tosupport those processes Workday would be an advantage
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skill set
- Ability to influence people leaders effectively in a business environment
- Problem solving approach to process improvement
