- Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption operating models or organisational transformation
- Build the case for change assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps
- Engage senior stakeholders align leaders and build support across complex functions
- Deliver change readiness communications training and resistance management activities
- An independent consultant
- 5 years experience in change management ideally gained within a consulting environment
- 1 years experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
