Care Assistant. Priesty Fields Care Home

• Pay rate: £13.80 - £14.15 per hour (dependent on day/nights)
• Contracted hours: 33 hours (3 shifts per week) or 44 hours (4 shifts per week) available according to preference
• Shift Times: Either 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am dependent on whether you are contracted to days or nights

As a Care Practitioner on our team you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in all required training to maintain high standards of care
• Assisting residents with personal care hygiene mealtime support and participation in daily activities
• Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a warm inclusive atmosphere
• Encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies interests and routines to lead enriched lives
• Upholding the cleanliness and safety standards within the care home
• Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all resident needs are met in a flexible responsive manner
