Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients established team working on innovative projects across AI Cybersecurity Cloud Big Data and Digital Transformation. In this role youll help shape the future of national security and deliver solutions that make a real difference.
What Youll Do
As a Business Analyst youll be the bridge between our clients and delivery teams ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable insights and tangible results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to gather analyse and validate business requirements
- Translating complex business needs into clear documentation user stories and process maps
- Collaborating with architects engineers and delivery teams to design secure and scalable solutions
- Supporting the development of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps
- Leading workshops interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Driving business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability throughout project delivery
- Contributing to bids and proposals by providing analytical insights and clarity
What Youll Bring
Youre a skilled communicator and problem solver whos comfortable working in fast-paced secure or complex environments. Youll ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Defence National Security Government or similarly complex sectors
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g. BABOK Agile Waterfall SAFe)
- Experience in business process modelling (e.g. BPMN UML) and requirements management tools
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and innovation
