The Business Analyst will support the delivery of business operational regulatory and technology change across Post Office Insurance. The role will work closely with stakeholders across all internal functions and external partners to understand business needs document requirements analyse processes identify improvement opportunities and support the successful delivery of change.

The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Business Analyst ideally within financial services regulated environements or operational addition to this you will have:

• Experience in an insurance broker insurer MGA or claims/administration environment.
• Familiarity with broker platforms or insurance systems such as CDL Open GI Acturis ICE or similar.
• Experience supporting system migrations re-platforming workflow automation or operational transformation.
• Knowledge of FCA-regulated environments and conduct risk considerations.
• Experience with tools such as Visio Jira Azure DevOps Trello Excel Power BI or similar.
• Business analysis qualification such as BCS Foundation Practitioner or Diploma
