Purpose of the role:
As a Business Administrator Apprentice youll help keep the business organised and running smoothly. Youll work with different teams across the company supporting everyday tasks like managing information communicating with colleagues and customers and helping things run efficiently.
Youll gain hands-on experience in how a business operates build valuable skills in communication and organisation and learn how to use digital tools and systems used every day in the workplace. No two days are the sameyou could be supporting projects helping customers managing data or working alongside different teams across the business.

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Duration: Approximately 18 months EPA
Hours: 40 per week
Annual Salary: 22048 (The advertised salary applies to the first year of the apprenticeship and will increase in the second year subject to satisfactory progress attendance and commitment to the programme)
Qualification delivered through an approved training provider
Dedicated study time provided as part of your working week
Ongoing support from your manager mentor and training provider
Key Responsibilities:
Build positive working relationships across the organisation.
Use IT systems and software to support business activities and maintain accurate records data and documentation.
Manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and support day-to-day operations.
Support the planning and coordination of meetings projects and business activities.
Communicate professionally with colleagues customers and stakeholders providing information and support as required.
Work independently and collaboratively to solve problems support business objectives and improve processes.
Follow company policies procedures and data protection requirements handling information confidentially and professionally.
Complete all apprenticeship training apply learning in the workplace and participate in regular progress reviews.

Maths and English at Grade 4 orabove (or equivalent of Grade C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2
