BIM Manager -Cardiff
Up to 60000 DOE
Aztrum is working with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint a BIM Manager to oversee BIM delivery across a range of projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistency efficiency and best practice in digital design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:
Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple projects
Oversee project setup model coordination and data management strategies
Provide technical leadership and support to project teams using Revit
Develop and refine BIM standards templates and workflows
Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Conduct project audits to ensure adherence to BIM protocols
Deliver training and mentoring to improve team capability
Enhance collaboration through improved software interoperability
Requirements for this BIM Manager role:
Strong experience using Autodesk Revit in a project environment
Proven ability to manage BIM workflows and project data
Experience developing BIM standards and documentation
Understanding of interoperability between design software (e.g. Revit Archicad SketchUp)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
