BIM Coordinator - Cardiff
Up to 40000 DOE
Aztrum is pleased to be working with a progressive and design-led architectural practice seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their BIM expertise while supporting the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:
Support the setup and organisation of BIM workflows across live projects
Assist project teams in delivering coordinated models and drawing outputs
Provide day-to-day support for Revit users resolving technical issues
Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols
Help prepare and maintain project documentation templates and guidance materials
Assist in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with BIM processes
Support teams in managing and maintaining project data within the CDE
Participate in staff onboarding and BIM-related training initiatives
Requirements for this BIM Coordinator role:
Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
Understanding of BIM processes and project workflows
Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues within project teams
Familiarity with project data management and coordination
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
