About us:
Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem - our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks often in remote locations ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasnt an option.

And that problem isnt exclusive to the military either. Students living in University accommodation families visiting holiday resorts or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.

Conventional home broadband doesnt always work for them.

Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband such as super-fast speeds WiFi and secure and private networks but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

We take the complexity out of connectivity.

The opportunity:
The Bid Coordinator plays a critical role within the Business Development and Sales function supporting the successful delivery of high-quality compliant bid and tender submissions across telecoms and connectivity across internal technical commercial and operational teams the role ensures that all bid activities are coordinated
effectively drivingtimely professional responses to RFPs ITTs RFQs and framework submissionsultimately contributingto revenue growth and contract wins.

Key areas of focus:
Bid & Tender Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of bid submissions from opportunity qualification through to final submission
  • Track tender portals and download / distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage bid plans timelines and submission schedules to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales Technical Finance Legal and Operations teams

Proposal Development & Content Management

  • Support the development writing and structuring of high-quality bid responses
  • Collate and integrate inputs from subject matter experts into coherent submissions
  • Maintain and update bid content libraries (case studies CVs standard responses)
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across telecoms solutions (e.g. WAN LANWiFi IoT managed services)

Systems Technology and AI

  • Manage andmaintainbid project structures and documentation within the organisations bid management systems ensuring consistency and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment and accuracy of bid and opportunity data across CRM and bid management tools supporting reliable reporting and governance
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to analyse tender documentation generate insights and support effective opportunity qualification and bid progression
  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools and AI capabilities to enhance bid efficiency quality and overall team productivity

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Review tender requirements to ensure full compliance with client specifications
  • Proofread and edit submissions to ensure accuracy clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain version control and document management processes
  • Ensure submissions meet all formatting commercial and regulatory requirements

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Act as thecentral pointof coordination across bid teams
  • Schedule andfacilitatebid meetings reviews and governance checkpoints
  • Monitor progress track actions and escalate risks to delivery timelines
  • Support Bid Managers with reporting and pipeline tracking

Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and improve bid processes templates and governance standards
  • Analyse bid outcomes (win/loss) and support lessons learned
  • Contribute to development of best practice across telecoms bid capability

About you:
Essential

  • Experience in bid coordination proposals or tender management (ideally telecoms / IT services / infrastructure)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong document control capability
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Your experience:

  • Experience in UK public sector procurement (frameworks DPS PQQs ITTs)
  • Exposure to telecoms solutions (e.g. connectivity managedWiFi mobile infrastructure fibre networks)
  • Familiarity with CRM and bid management tools (e.g. SharePoint Salesforce)
  • Understanding of commercial models and pricing inputs
