Location: Oaklands Hospital Salford

Hours: Flexible zero-hour contract

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Administration team on a Bank contract. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital.

This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients Consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative the ability to work within a team and must be computer literate experience with Word and Outlook being essential.

What you will bring:

• Experience in a front facing or customer service role

• Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent

• Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels both written and oral.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills

• Positive willing attitude

• Self-motivated and possess strong organisational interpersonal and above all customer service skills.

• Flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts is essential for this role

Where you will be based:

Oaklands Hospital is a purpose built modern hospital providing a wide range of surgical and medical treatments to private patients and eligible NHS patients. Our consultants and nursing staff are highly experienced and have your care and comfort as their highest priority.

What is a Bank Contract:

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an ad-hoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals.
