Salary: 46142- 48226 per annum
Hours per week: 37 hours (1 12 months fixed term and 1 fixed term until 31 March 2027)

We have two opportunities to join Wiltshire Council as an Associate HR Business Partner (one 12 months fixed term one fixed term until 31st March 2027) to help shape the future of our workforce. Working alongside Strategic HR Business Partners and senior leaders youll support the delivery of people strategies that drive organisational success employee engagement and service improvement.
Youll contribute to workforce planning organisational design large-scale transformation programmes talent management and employee development. From supporting structure reviews and cultural change initiatives to analysing workforce data and helping shape workforce action and change plans youll play a key role in delivering innovative transformative evidence-based solutions.
Were looking for an HR professional ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified with experience in areas such as workforce planning organisational development training and delivery talent management employee engagement and change management. Youll be confident building relationships influencing stakeholders and supporting change across a complex organisation.
