Job Summary
Werea housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding with plans to build more homes regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.
We now have a vacancy for an Asset Data Analystto join our Asset and Development team.
You willbe responsible formaintaininghigh-quality housing asset information to support safecompliantand value-for-money investment decisions. The role manages and improves asset datasets (e.g. stock conditioncomponentlifecyclescomplianceand energy data) produces insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership and supports robust data governance across asset management systems.

Tosucceedyoullhavedemonstrable experience in an analyst or data-focused rolewithexperience of working with large datasets and database concepts. You will have the abilitytoidentifypatternsexceptionsand root causes translate findings into clearrecommendationsandcommunicate to non-technical colleagues.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of data quality and governance practices advanced Excelskillsandthe ability to manage competing deadlineswhilstdeliveringaccurateoutputs.
