Job Summary

Are you an experienced Asbestos Consultant Surveyor and or Analyst looking for next step in your career As one of our Asbestos Project Managers youll be taking the lead in some of the remedial works generated from the compliance management & re-inspection surveys.

Youll be assigned a region of Abris geography to look after but may also be required to help in other regions when needed so a full driving licence is required. Youll be responsible for scoping managing and successfully delivering a range of asbestos remedial programmes in a timely cost-effective manner and to a high standard. Youll be working directly for the Asbestos Manager who can help guide and mentor as required.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as youll be responsible to specify scope produce and project manage programmes of work from inception to delivery for compliance requirements across the assigned operational area of Abri in accordance with regulatory requirements both Health and Safety legislation and Abri policies and procedures.

Were currently a team of 10 responsible for circa 60000 properties. Of which there are more than 27.500 domestic properties & more than 3800 regulation 4 properties.

Youll be working either from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether thats at another of our offices a cafe or at home.
