Job Summary
| Location | This role will be based in Unites Leicester office in the East Midlands Region |

| Apprenticeship | You will need to commit to completing a fully supported apprenticeship in Customer Services once you have completed your probation period. Training support and coaching will be provided. |
| Salary | Grade 4 34203.00 per annum full time (Rising to 36595.00 per annum full time after 12 months in post) |

| Hours | Full-Time 34 Hours Per Week |
| Working Pattern | 11 am to 7 pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am to 5 pm Friday You will also be required to work 7 hours one Saturday in every three weeks with one day off the following Monday. The start and finish times to be agreed with your line manager. |
