Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for UK-based Process Discovery professionals who can help identify analyze and translate business processes and operational challenges into Robotics AI and Low-Code automation opportunities. This role is not a traditional Business Analyst position; instead it requires a strong operational excellence process improvement and problem-solving mindset combined with a solid understanding of modern automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and operational teams to understand end-to-end processes and underlying challenges

Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Robotics (RPA) AI and Low-Code platforms

Translate business pain points into clearly defined automation use cases and solution opportunities

Perform process discovery process mapping and value assessments to prioritize initiatives

Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to shape solution designs and automation roadmaps

Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives by providing process and operational insights

Drive continuous improvement by recommending simplification standardization and digitization opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Operational Excellence Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-centric mindset

Experience in process discovery process mapping and opportunity identification

Good understanding of Robotics/RPA AI capabilities and Low-Code platforms (hands-on build experience is not mandatory)

Ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working with UK-based clients or organizations
