Job Summary
The salary is around per annum.
The Company:
Our client are a Pharma manufacturing company who produce import and distribute bespoke medicines (Specials) and CBPMs (Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal Use).
Your main duties will be:
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely and effective communication regarding orders services and inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management.
- Degree in scientific pharmaceutical or quality-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer success account management or customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland.
- Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical specials or other regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Specials Manufacturing regulatory requirements and MHRA guidance.
