WE ARE HIRING FOR 2 KEY ROLES:

1. Chef de Partie

  • Remuneration: $80000 Base 12% Superannuation

  • The Role: Join a high-performing large-scale production kitchen delivering premium corporate dining. This role sits at the core of a disciplined fast-paced operation where consistency structure and execution excellence are critical.

    • Deliver high-volume food production across bulk catering and buffet service
    • Execute to structured production plans with speed accuracy and attention to detail
    • Maintain exceptional food quality presentation and hygiene standards
    • Support stock control rotation and waste minimisation targets
    • Work within digital HACCP and allergen management systems
    • Contribute to a reliable process-driven team culture
  • The Person: Proven experience in high-volume or production kitchens with a strong ability to work quickly efficiently and methodically. Commercially savvy Cert III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety HACCP and allergies understanding.

2. Chef de Partie

  • Remuneration: $80000 Base 12% Superannuation

  • The Role: A genuine step into leadership within a premium corporate kitchen. This role is designed for a chef ready to move beyond execution into team leadership operational ownership and performance management.

    • Oversee daily production flow and ad hoc catering execution
    • Lead and coordinate small teams ensuring output timing and quality standards
    • Develop and manage prep lists production schedules and workflow systems
    • Balance hands-on cooking with administrative accountability
    • Drive compliance in food safety digital HACCP and allergen management
    • Act as a key support to senior leadership contributing to overall kitchen performance
  • The Person:Experience in high-volume events or production environments with demonstrated ability to run sections or supervise teams Cert III in Commercial Cookery. Strong time management skills with a good understanding of Food Safety HACCP and allergies.
