Job Summary
Job Purpose/Role Description:
The Senior Marketing Scientist at MASS Analytics is responsible for end-to-end project management delivery and client relationship maintenance. The role owns project execution from kick-off through recommendations ensuring methodological rigour clear storytelling and high-quality outcomes while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The Senior Marketing Scientist works closely with R&D and Engineering teams to continuously enhance MASS Analytics products and delivery approaches and supports commercial activities through demos proposals and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Mirror and assist the Marketing Science team Manager in delivering Data Analytics projects end to end: from kick-off data collection data preparation & processing modelling to results and recommendations.
Translate statistical outputs into clear actionable business insights and client-ready storytelling (slides executive summaries and dashboards).
Provide Demos Training Help Desk services to ensure strong client adoption of MassTer and related tools.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and actively contribute to renewals
Partner with R&D to test new product versions report issues propose enhancements and contribute ideas for improving modeling workflows and UX.
Support Business Development/Sales with technical pre-sales: discovery solution design and technical proposal inputs.
Actively support the Business Development teams (Marketing & Sales) in client acquisition conversion and renewal.
Qualifications & Experiences:
BSc/MSc or equivalent in a quantitative field like Mathematics Statistics Economics or Business.
3 year experience in a similar domain.
Key Attributes/Main Competencies:
Strong foundation in statistics and modeling (e.g. regression feature engineering diagnostics)
Curiosity-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ease with common analytics toolkits (Python R etc.) and strong Excel skills.
Experience running training and client workshops; confident in cross-cultural and international client settings.
Adherence to and clear implementation of information security standards is essential and required for this role
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex analysis to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good level of French (written and spoken) is required.
