Founded in New Orleans over six decades ago, Tonti Properties has grown from two small properties into twenty-one thriving communities. With years of industry experience, Tonti has continued to grow, adapt, and flourish, developing a proud reputation of exceptional quality and service. Recognizing a need for thoughtfully designed and owner-managed apartment homes, Tonti was founded in New Orleans in 1955 by brothers Bob and Ed Tonti. Since then, we’ve taken an “owned and managed” approach to all of the distinctive homes held under the Tonti brand. Family is one of our company’s Core Values, reflected in the leadership of a new generation headed by Mike Tonti. Because of our unique, family-oriented approach in our company and our communities, you’ll immediately recognize what we like to call the “Tonti Difference.” Every property reflects our goal to offer each of our residents an exceptional living experience.
