Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Porter Janitor or Custodian
- Good physical condition stamina and strength
- Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff technicians and customers
- A high school diploma is a plus
Responsibilities
- Remove debris from all areas of the property
- Maintain common areas and keep them neat clean and free from litter
- Assist with makeready duties
- Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items
- Help with landscaping needs
