Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience
Ability to follow instructions and meet the physical demands of the job
Proficiency with tools and equipment including vacuums buffers ladders hand tools carpet cleaners and more
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Own set of tools
High school diploma or equivalent required
