Job Description
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including inbound outbound and inventory control.
- Implement new warehouse projects and design operational solutions and warehouse layouts.
- Own site P&L budgeting forecasting and cost control.
- Develop and maintain SOPs work instructions and process flow documentation.
- Monitor warehouse performance and ensure achievement of customer and company KPIs.
- Optimize warehouse utilization productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and business reviews for customers.
- Manage warehouse service charges and support customer billing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs.
- Support recruitment manpower planning and employee performance management.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2-3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory control and WMS.
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a location near Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate.
