[Thailand] Senior Sales Representative
Job Summary
What you will do
1. Territory & Activity Planning:
- Independently manage complex or highpotential territories with minimal supervision.
- Analyze territory performance trends and proactively adjust strategies to maximize sales outcomes.
- Contribute to territory and cycle planning discussions with Sales Manager by providing field insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer profiles in CRM systems.
2. Sales & Promotion Execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including highinfluence physicians key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic accounts.
- Deliver highquality product presentations in line with approved marketing messages and promotional guidelines.
- Communicate product features benefits and clinical value effectively to drive recommendation and usage.
- Lead engagement with key accounts through tailored valuebased discussions and longterm partnership mindset.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Understand customer needs and tailor communication to provide added value.
- Support customer initiatives such as meetings seminars and congress participation.
4. Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain indepth knowledge of disease areas products clinical data and competitive landscape.
- Confidently handle complex scientific questions within approved scope and support peers when required.
- Act as a goto person in the team for product and market knowledge.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Complete daily weekly and monthly activity and sales reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs local regulations and the company code of ethics.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelors degree in Science or related field
- Experience as Sales professionals minimum for three years
- Knowledge of selling skill presentation skill strong interpersonal and communication skills problem solving thinking
- Proactive highly motivated well-organized and high spirit of team work
