Thai Translator and Local Team Support

Lotus Ventures is an investment firm founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur and investor Christopher Obereder. With plans to deploy $1M into the Thai startup ecosystem over the next 12 months the firm backs exceptional startups and ambitious young entrepreneurs. Based in Chiang Mai on a hybrid schedule you will join us from January 2027 as a Freelancer on a 40-hour work week and a 12-month contract working closely with Christopher across startups investments growth PR and operations.

• Translate key communications documents and materials accurately between Thai and English.

• Provide administrative and local team support across daily operations in the Chiang Mai office and hybrid setup.

• Collaborate directly with Christopher Obereder on startup investments and growth initiatives.

• Assist with public relations and coordination within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Based in Thailand with fluency in Thai and English.

• High reliability ambition and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In your first months you will take on core translation projects establish efficient administrative workflows for the local team and coordinate directly with Christopher on upcoming startup investments and PR initiatives in Chiang Mai.
