Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to support technical proposals tenders quotations and customer projects related to Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical products and systems. The successful candidate will provide technical consultation coordinate with internal teams and HQ and support customers throughout the project lifecycle from pre-sales to after-sales service.

• Review and manage TOR (Terms of Reference) tender documents offer sheets technical specifications and other related technical documents.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Verify product specifications pricing and technical details before submission.
• Support tender and bidding activities as required.

• Provide technical consultation and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain product features specifications applications and technical requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers when required.

• Provide technical support troubleshooting and problem-solving after product delivery and installation.
• Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service activities throughout Thailand.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently.

• Work closely with Sales Product Management Service teams and Headquarters (HQ).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products technical standards and industry developments.
• Support project execution and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Power Engineering or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of experience in technical engineering electrical products switchgear LV/MV systems or a related industry.
• Knowledge of LV/MV electrical equipment switchgear systems or power distribution systems is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able and willing to travel domestically and overseas for business trips.
