• Candidate to be based in Thailand

• Candidate should have 10 years of relevant experience with proficiency in English and Thai (Writing Reading Speaking skills)

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation warehousing and inventory control to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

• Coordinate with construction teams and suppliers to align material delivery schedules with project timelines and milestones.

• Implement and monitor material tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels usage rates and reordering needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards in all logistics and material handling activities.

• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs improve efficiency and minimize delays or disruptions.

• Manage logistics budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with overall project financial plans.

• Lead the development of logistics contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions transportation delays or material shortages.

• Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers negotiating contracts and service level agreements to support project needs.

• Support the procurement team by providing insights into lead times delivery constraints and supplier performance.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between procurement construction and project management teams to ensure seamless material flow.

• Develop and maintain logistics KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Train and mentor logistics staff to build capability and ensure adherence to best practices.
