Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Letting & Resales Management team to achieve leasing targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement effective leasing and resale strategies to maximize occupancy rates rental revenue and property sales performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing and resale process including:
- Property listings and marketing
- Tenant and buyer inquiries
- Property viewings
- Negotiations
- Lease preparation
- Contract execution
- Monitor market trends rental rates and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies lease agreements and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coach mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity customer service excellence and professional growth.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex leasing and resale issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners tenants buyers and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property leasing real estate or letting management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market and leasing regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
