Platform Engineer – LLM, RAG & AI Agents

A financial-services group in Bangkok is building an internal AI platform employee-facing AI agents an authorisation-controlled AI Gateway and self-hosted LLM serving on GPU infrastructure and needs a hands-on Platform Engineer to build and own core pieces of it from design to production support.

• Build and ship features across the RAG pipeline agent tooling and gateway policies
• Take initiatives from design to production and support them afterwards
• Turn business use cases into maintainable AI-powered services
• Work with self-hosted LLM serving on GPU infrastructure
• Apply AI-security practice: prompt-injection defence data-leakage prevention and authorisation layers

• At least 2 years of programming experience with strong demonstrable Python skills
• Proven hands-on experience building with LLMs (API integration RAG agents or tool calling or fine-tuning) not just using them
• Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals: tokens context windows embeddings prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation
• Understanding of AI security concepts
• Comfortable on Linux and the command line
• Regular use of AI coding tools; fluent English (ideally C1)

• Salary: THB gross per month depending on experience
• Employment contract (Bangkok-based employees)
• Hybrid working model
