Position: IT/AI Manager

Preferred Start Date: August 2026

Contract Term: 2 years with options to extend

Base Salary Range: THB 660000 - THB 900000 per annum (dependent on experience)

OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT/AI Manager to implement and oversee our technical infrastructure. Our primary goal is to transition from standard IT maintenance to a secure centralized and AI-optimized environment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Google Workspace (GWS) ecosystem establishing robust data security protocols and leading the integration of AI tools to enhance our operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial foresight to build a scalable foundation for our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Infrastructure & GWS Management

• Administer and optimize the Google Workspace (GWS) environment including user lifecycle management advanced Gmail security and Shared Google Drive architecture.
• Manage hardware procurement inventory and vendor relationships.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime for all essential business applications and cloud services.

Security Data Centralization and Systems Integration

• Develop and implement company-wide cybersecurity policies such as Multi-factor authentication (MFA) Single Sign-On (SSO) Mobile Device Management (MDM) and data encryption.
• Design and execute a data centralization plan to eliminate information silos and ensure the necessary information is accessible to the relevant parties.
• Bridge the gap between different business platforms like Asana BambooHR Airtable etc. building automated pipelines and APIs that allow them to seamlessly share data and eliminate manual data entry.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive intellectual property.

AI Optimization & Strategy

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and Automation into daily workflows (e.g. Gemini for Google Workspace LLM-based internal tools or automated scripting).
• Train staff on AI best practices and prompt engineering to increase organization-wide productivity.
• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends to recommend tools that provide a competitive advantage.

Website Development & Maintenance

• Oversee the technical administration hosting security (such as SSL certificates and automated backups) and performance optimization of the primary organization website () and any associated landing pages
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to implement front-end or back-end updates manage Content Management Systems (CMS) and ensure seamless website integration with internal automated data pipelines
  

Leadership & Operations

• Manage the IT budget/spending and provide regular reporting on system health and project milestones to senior leadership.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and user guides for employees.
• Act as the bridge between technical requirements and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of working experience in IT administration AI Optimization and Data Security
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace Administration (Certification is a plus)
• Proven track record of implementing data security system in GWS
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration (experience with OpenAI API Google Gemini or workflow automation tools like Zapier/Make)
• Problem-solving mindset with the passion for creating systems where none currently exist
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where AI tools and security needs evolve weekly
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages to adapt to a multi-lingual working environment
