HSE Inspector
Job Summary
What youll have
- Certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) accredited by relevant authority.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in safety health environment or related discipline.
- Proven experience in HSE roles within construction oil & gas petrochemical or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations permit-to-work systems and hazard identification.
- Experience supporting site safety supervision during hazardous operations
- Experience in EPC construction or commissioning projects across industrial sectors (e.g. refinery pipeline power plant)

What youll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE programs across project sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations including reporting documentation and root cause analysis.
- Monitor high-risk activities (e.g. working at height lifting operations confined space entry) to ensure safe execution.
- Analyze safety data trends and reports to support continuous improvement of HSE performance.
- Participate in safety audits inspections and compliance checks across project activities.
- Deliver HSE inductions toolbox talks and safety training sessions to site personnel.
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication engagement and on-site supervision.
