Housekeeping Manager Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

Job Purpose
Lead the Housekeeping operation to ensure all guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas consistently meet the hotels highest standards of cleanliness presentation comfort and safety while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene room presentation and maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular room and public-area inspections and ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Manage daily Housekeeping operations manpower productivity and room priorities.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt service recovery.
• Lead train coach and develop the Housekeeping team.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office Engineering Laundry and other departments.
• Manage linen uniforms amenities cleaning supplies equipment and inventories.
• Control departmental budget payroll and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards LQA safety hygiene and sustainability requirements.
• Monitor guest feedback inspection results and performance indicators and take corrective action.

Qualifications :

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years Housekeeping experience including 3 years in a Housekeeping Manager or comparable senior role.
• Experience in an international Five-Star hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations room inspection hygiene laundry inventory and cost control.
• Experience with LQA or comparable quality standards preferred.
• Good leadership communication and people-management skills.
• Good command of English and relevant hotel systems.
