Head Mixologist Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Mixologist to lead the beverage program at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. This role is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences developing innovative cocktail concepts driving revenue and profitability and inspiring a high-performing bar team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily bar operations across the resorts outlets.
• Create and implement innovative cocktail menus and signature beverage experiences that reflect the Pullman brand.
• Train mentor and develop bartenders and service team members to achieve excellence in product knowledge and service delivery.
• Monitor beverage cost inventory ordering and stock control to maximise profitability and optimise revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams on promotions events seasonal menus and special activations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and beverage partners.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene safety and Accor brand standards.
• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and executing the resorts beverage strategy.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of mixology experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a luxury hotel resort upscale bar or internationally recognised hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits wines beers and current beverage trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in beverage menu development costing inventory management and revenue optimisation.
• Proven ability to inspire coach and lead high-performing teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a results-oriented commercially aware approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent English; Thai language and knowledge of Accor standards are advantageous. A third language such as Russian Mandarin or German is beneficial.
