About The Job
- Software development business analysis solution design and testing
- Implementation of new and maintenance of existing functionality
- Independent delivery of complex solutions
- Development based on guidelines and standards
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality
- Manage a team of developers by defining meaningful work packages managing activities through mentorship
- Ensure that deliverables are within the work effort estimate cost and with quality
- Participate in end to end project lifecycle
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review
- Career advisor role
- Work closely with team membersmanage minimum team member around 20-60
- Support team members with other project activities
- Coaching of team members
- Active contribution to build up of new team
- Active contribution to Synpulse growth in software development through initiatives tools development and process improvement
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
- Support project proposals and initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
- Participate in business development activities including topic development proposal preparation sales presentations and contract negotiation
- Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
About You
- 8years technical project management experience in banking industry ideally coming from a development background.
- A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills which will enable you to succeed in fast paced environment.
- Understandingand experience incomplex large-scaleproject managementis highly desirablebutmore important than your specific skill set is your can do attitude and willingness to not be constrained by your job description.
- Effective communication skills to handle comms to management teams and cross functional teams and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects.
- Experience working in a dynamic fast moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and also able to juggle between different Projects/tasks.
- Experience working in product deliveryis a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai (mandatory)
