What youll do

The role responsibilities include:

Performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc general Document Controls monthly billings assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement progress tracking and documentation on large complex projects.

Schedules and coordinates meetings travel and other group activities.

Has advanced word processing spreadsheet and graphics software skills.

What youll have

A recognized degree in a related field.

Experience performing work in the role of Project Administrator or similar position in Construction project Engineering EPC etc.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
