Job Summary
Role Summary
Support People Operations team in employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding HR documentation and daily HR operations across Taiwan and SEA regions.
What Youll Gain
Exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle management in regional HR operations (TW/SEA)
Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding & offboarding processes (documents tracking service certificates)
Maintain HR documentation & digital filing (scanning data accuracy record management sealing documents). Ensure data accuracy and proper record management in HR systems.
Assist with daily HR operations including mailbox monitoring and request coordination
Support HR systems & reporting (e.g. monthly reports data updates)
Provide flexible administrative and ad-hoc support for HR activities and projects
Education
Bachelors degree (or current student) in HR Business or related field
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
Comfortable using Excel and handling data
Proactive responsible and willing to learn
