Job Summary
- As part of a project team you will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of complex project schedules within large-scale construction projects in the data centre sector.
- You will ensure the accuracy validity and completeness of the schedules and prepare progress reports for project reporting purposes.
- You will identify analyse and communicate deviations and develop proposals for corrective actions.
- You will coordinate internal and external schedules assess methodologies and control systems and develop improvement measures.
- As a consultant you will foster clear and structured communication with internal client stakeholders and external design teams.
Qualifications :
- You hold a technical or university degree ideally with a focus on construction or engineering.
- You bring approximately 7 years of relevant experience in project controls for industrial or data centre projects including at least 5 years of specialised experience in scheduling.
- You have excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills demonstrate strong goal orientation and empathy and enjoy working on complex large-scale projects.
- You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken and are proficient in MS Office applications.
- You have strong experience using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
