We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across our international business and help shape the future of how we attract engage and hire talent.

You will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team led by our Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Manager.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple markets and entities partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. You work will span through several different entities depending on the business needs such as Sweden India Japan and more. You will combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce planning employer branding and modern AI-enabled ways of working.

What you will do

  • Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings hiring strategy and candidate selection to offer management and onboarding handover.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders globally to understand hiring needs define winning recruitment strategies and secure the right talent in the right place.

  • Drive & advise management on high-quality structured and inclusive recruitment processes with a strong focus on candidate experience and business impact.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across our global organization.

  • Drive AI adoption within Talent Acquisition identifying and implementing smarter ways to source assess engage and hire talent at scale.

  • Design & implement employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing and Communications team to strengthen WirelessCars position in key talent markets.

  • Represent WirelessCar externally through talent attraction activities partnerships events and network-building initiatives.

  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our global TA function by improving processes ways of working and hiring effectiveness.

Who you are

You are a proactive business-oriented and collaborative TA expert who thrives in an international environment. You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and you build trust through structure clarity and strong stakeholder management.

You enjoy building processes from scratch and bringing structure where its unstructured. An entreprenural environment with dynamic business and fast pace is somehting that excites you.

We believe you bring:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment ideally within tech engineering or other specialist domains.

  • A strong track record of partnering with hiring managers and independently leading recruitment processesfrom hard-to-fill roles and headhunting to high-volume hiring and managing large applicant pools.

  • Experience in proactive sourcing building talent pipelines and driving market-informed hiring strategies.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement structured unbiased hiring practices with a strong understanding of change management.

  • A genuine interest in and experience with creative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.

  • Comfort working with recruitment analytics with a focus on continuously improving metrics such as time-to-hire quality-of-hire and candidate experience.

  • Curiosity and drive to explore and implement AI-powered recruitment practiceswe have an exciting journey ahead.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively across countries cultures and stakeholders in a global organization.
