Strategy Manager

Were looking for a Strategy Manager to join us at Telia.

Im Marita Jansson Head of Strategy Portfolio Management and Fixed Telephony and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking team focused on driving strategy investment planning sustainability and Fixed Telephony within Telias network infrastructure.

What youll do:

You will focus on shaping Telia Infra Swedens overall network and business strategy while working closely with both infrastructure and business teams.

• Develop network and business strategies with a focus on fixed networks while also contributing to mobile
• Create analysis and insights to support the development of Telias infrastructure
• Consult stakeholders across departments on strategy best practices and decision-making
• Contribute as a strategic advisor across infrastructure domains supporting long-term planning

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are analytical collaborative and able to drive change while balancing complex stakeholder needs and strategic priorities.

• Proven experience in telecommunications ideally across fixed and mobile networks
• Strong knowledge of engineering combined with solid business understanding
• Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results in a complex organization
• Fluency in Swedish and English
